3 States Sue Biden Administration Over Ending COVID-19 Restrictions at Border

Attorneys general for Arizona, Missouri, and Louisiana announced Monday they were suing the Biden administration over the decision to end Title 42, urging that the order be reinstated. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention announced Friday that Title 42, the Trump-era policy that allows border authorities to quickly return migrants and has resulted in over 1.7 million migrant expulsions, will end May 23. The group of Republican attorneys general argued that the decision to end the policy violates the Administrative Procedures Act “as it is arbitrary and capricious, and the Biden Administration did not…

YouTube Bans St. Louis Talk Radio Station’s Channel for Discussing Election Integrity

The censor-happy goons at YouTube are at it again, but this time they struck a little too close to home.  The Big Tech streaming platform banned St. Louis radio station NewsTalk STL’s YouTube channel after it posted an interview with me discussing the 2020 election and the need for election-integrity legislation on the channel.   On March 14, I joined “The Vic Porcelli Show,” a NewsTalk STL program, to discuss election integrity and legislation aimed at making America’s elections more secure. ‘Substantive Due Process’ Looms Large in Jackson Hearing

When Democratic Sen. Amy Klobuchar of Minnesota questioned Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson at her Supreme Court confirmation hearing on Tuesday afternoon, Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina and Democratic Sen. Patrick Leahy of Vermont proved they have something in common in addition to being members of the Senate Judiciary Committee. How the Conservative Movement Was Built

Stan Evans helped build the conservative movement by founding the American Conservative Union, the Conservative Political Action Conference, and establishing the National Journalism Center. Stanton Evans: Conservative Wit, Apostle of Freedom.” What also made Evans so very unique was his tremendous humor that he used to undermine progressive moralizing. Hayward notes that a standard liberal critique of America was to say that…

Biden’s Burnt Bridges Exacerbate Ukraine-Related Oil Crisis

Although Russia’s invasion of Ukraine has helped to unify Europe against Russia, it has had a divisive effect in the Middle East, where many countries recently have hedged their bets by boosting ties to Moscow to offset declining confidence in U.S. leadership. Even before the Biden administration’s Afghanistan withdrawal debacle last August, U.S. allies and partners in the Middle East were dismayed by a downsizing of the U.S. military presence in the region, incessant talk of an American “pivot” to Asia, and the administration’s commitment to restoring the flawed 2015…

What He Saw in Ukraine a Week Before the Russian Invasion

ORLANDO, Florida—A week before the first Russian boots set foot in Ukrainian soil, Rep. Mark Green flew to Ukraine to get a sense of how things were going, and how America could best help. “When I was there, the mood was very positive and energetic. They felt like they were going to fight.” said Green, R-Tenn. in an interview Saturday at the Conservative Political Action Conference. “These people love their country. They love freedom. Even the Russian speakers, contrary to what Vladimir Putin is putting out there, are saying we’re…
