How History Will View the Biden Years

When historians study the disaster that was the Biden administration, they will find many factors that contributed to the historic level of failure we are witnessing. At the top of the list is a president who is clearly just not up to the job. Whether due to age, cognitive decline, or general ineptitude, Joe Biden has not been able to lead America. Nobody wants a weak president. People can smell weakness, and Biden reeks of it. The president put himself in a further hole by surrounding himself with a young…

‘The DC 5’: Callousness, Cruelty of Post-Viability Abortion

At the corner of Connecticut Avenue and I Street Northwest in the District of Columbia, residents and visitors walking under the springtime cherry blossoms pass by a beautiful bit of quasi-haiku posted for the city’s “Golden Haiku” contest: “First trimester—her new passworda baby’s name” A few blocks away, the bodies of 115 nameless preborn babies—a small number among the thousands aborted every year in the District of Columbia—were recovered March 25 from Washington Surgi-Clinic on F Street Northwest. Liberal Double Standard: Ketanji vs. Kavanaugh

The shamelessness of liberal politicians and journalists is displayed by their unique outrage at the treatment of Supreme Court Justice-to-be Ketanji Brown Jackson, as if everyone forgot the smearing of Brett Kavanaugh with unsubstantiated sexual allegations, including teenage gang rape. The Washington Post editorial board was roundly roasted for claiming, “Republicans boast they have not pulled a Kavanaugh. In fact, they’ve treated Ketanji Brown Jackson worse.” Leftist celebrity activists such as George Takei ranted at Sen. Tom Cotton, R-Ark., for suggesting Jackson would have defended the Nazis at Nuremberg (like…

The group of Republican attorneys general argued that the decision to end the policy violates the Administrative Procedures Act “as it is arbitrary and capricious, and the Biden Administration did not…

YouTube Bans St. Louis Talk Radio Station’s Channel for Discussing Election Integrity

The censor-happy goons at YouTube are at it again, but this time they struck a little too close to home.  The Big Tech streaming platform banned St. Louis radio station NewsTalk STL’s YouTube channel after it posted an interview with me discussing the 2020 election and the need for election-integrity legislation on the channel.   On March 14, I joined “The Vic Porcelli Show,” a NewsTalk STL program, to discuss election integrity and legislation aimed at making America’s elections more secure. Hosts Vic Porcelli and Ken Williams asked me about a…

‘Substantive Due Process’ Looms Large in Jackson Hearing

When Democratic Sen. Amy Klobuchar of Minnesota questioned Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson at her Supreme Court confirmation hearing on Tuesday afternoon, Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina and Democratic Sen. Patrick Leahy of Vermont proved they have something in common in addition to being members of the Senate Judiciary Committee. Neither of them was in the hearing room. Yet that did not necessarily make them outliers on the committee. A number of senators on the committee did not stay in the room to personally witness Klobuchar’s questioning of Jackson.…
