After the Environmental Protection Agency dumped advisers from regulated industries, the federal agency appears to have prioritized gender and ethnic diversity to replace them, EPA documents show.  The U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia heard arguments Wednesday in the case of Young vs. EPA.
