Why a ‘Democrat-Leaning Open Seat’ in California Is So Competitive

A California congressional district that had previously been labeled a “Democrat-leaning open seat” has become a “toss up,” according to some analysts as Election Day nears.  Republican candidate John Duarte and Democrat candidate Adam Gray are running to represent California’s 13th Congressional District in Tuesday’s general election.  Rep.
